A Recommendation Report for Second Units will be presented to the Planning & Infrastructure Services Committee meeting of April 13, 2015, commencing at 7:00 pm.
A previous Recommendation Report was presented at the April 7, 2014 Planning, Design and Development Committee Meeting. Members of Committee and the public raised concerns with regards to three main issues: size of second units within bungalows, second units in areas susceptible to flooding, and proof of insurance.
Along with providing staff responses to these issues, the Recommendation Report presents for endorsement by City Council, implementing documents for permitting second units in Brampton.
