New OREA Provincial Stats Page and Insights Newsletter Launched. Read President Patricia Verge’s meme below:

“I am pleased to announce the launch of the OREA Stats page which will provide our members with a snapshot of the Ontario real estate market, based on CREA’s stats. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance collaboration with real estate boards and associations in order to bring greater value to members. The OREA stats page will provide members with key statistics on the state of the real estate market including residential sales, new listings, active listings, months of inventory and average price – all on a strictly provincial level. This perspective on the provincial real estate market will provide members with valuable information in addition to the statistics they may receive locally, which they can use in their day-to-day business. The inaugural stats page is now live and can be accessed here. You can look forward to updates every third week of the month.
The OREA Stats page will be complemented by a new “Insights” newsletter aimed at providing a quick glimpse and easy to digest nuggets of the Ontario real estate market. The newsletter will provide monthly insights from the CREA monthly statistics data report and will include a link to the OREA Stats page. The newsletter will be emailed directly to
members monthly. Our plan is to further develop these latest tools and continue to bring added value to members in the future.
