Sign By-Laws differ from one municipality to the next within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).  For REALTORS®, this means the placement and duration of open house directional signs and for sale/lease signs are governed by municipal sign By-Laws.REALTORS® are responsible to comply with the municipal sign By-Laws.
