Emmy nominated television show “Property Brothers” is currently casting for the next season of the show which will be filmed in the GTA this fall. They are currently looking for candidates who recently closed, or will close on a home in the GTA by September, latest October.

1) Criteria: Minimum $100,000 budget for renovation, have financing in place and be available for up to 10 days of filming over 6-7 weeks.
2) Homeowners receive $20,000+ value in appliance upgrades and furnishings – that is completed in 6 weeks! This represents the renovation of 3 to 4 spaces in the home, a major renovation which will be completed at an accelerated pace due to our professional contractors and the fact that this is on a television show timeline.
