Effective January 1, 2017, RECO is introducing fee changes and new fees as set out in the Fee Schedule below. The fee changes and new fees, set by RECO’s Board of Directors, come after careful consideration of the activities and costs related to administering and enforcing the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002, fulfilling RECO’s consumer protection mandate, and comments received during consultation with stakeholders.
