In accordance with BREB’s Bylaw, Article 5, Section 2, the Board of Directors of the Brampton Real Estate Board have called an Election Meeting scheduled for Thursday, December 15th, 2016 for the purpose of the following:

Member Recognition
The meeting will be held at the Brampton Real Estate Board located at 60 Gillingham Drive, Suite 401 in Brampton. Registration and a continental breakfast will be available from 9:00 am. The meeting will commence promptly at 10:00 am. The Holiday Open House will follow the adjournment of the meeting at approximately 1:00 pm where an assortment of appetizers and beverages will be available for your enjoyment. In lieu of registration fees, we ask that you please bring a donation of a non-perishable food item(s) in support of Ste. Louise Outreach Centre of Peel.

Please remember, the person who is signing over their proxy, and the person who will be carrying your proxy, must both be in good standing at the board on the day of voting. Also please note as per Article 3, Section 2 [2.4] All proxies must be delivered to the Board no later than 48 hours prior (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) to a Meeting of the Membership.

*No Show Fee Policy
When a registration is required for an education session, board meeting, special event, or any other type of gathering organized by the board, the board incurs costs for this. In the event that an individual does not attend without prior communication to the Board (notice of cancellation must be received at the board 3 days prior to the scheduled date), they will be charged a $25.00 + HST No Show Fee. If a medical situation arises where an individual cannot attend a scheduled event, a physicians note will be required to reimburse the fee.
