Standard forms are an essential part of any real estate transaction but they can be difficult to understand and use.  OREA’s video tutorials clarify your most pressing questions so that you can serve your clients better.

In 2016 OREA significantly increased the resources available to members to help you with your documentation, disclosure, and communication obligations. Throughout the year nine new video tutorials were created, which simplify the process of using standard forms in real estate transactions.
The tutorials are short easy to follow guides designed to provide crucial information in real time. These form resources walk REALTORS® through the key stages of various real estate transactions, breaking down the forms to assist you and your consumers to understand forms better.
You can access OREA’s growing list of tutorials at any time via the webinar and tutorial archive on OREA’s website. OREA staff are always on hand to help you navigate the tutorials and can be reached at standardforms@orea.com.
