So we are extremely disappointed that the roll out has not met our expectations and, even worse, has affected some of our members’ ability to deliver high quality service to their clients at certain points in the last few months. We sincerely apologize for the recent performance issues with WEBForms®.
Rest assured that we are taking this very seriously. While many steps have already been taken, we are also sending several of our IT experts and consultants to work with the WEBForms® development team at Fraser Valley to address any remaining issues.
