A Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG)
Learn How To Use Social Media For Your Business Success
Now Available: COJG for small employers (fewer than 100 employees)
to contribute 5/6 of eligible training costs.
Social media is one of the most talked about disruptions to marketing in decades and a must use for business today.
“We were excited when asked to develop a course to provide the basic understanding of social media” said Mr Louie La Vella, the President of The Attention Factory and Canadian social media icon. “With all the new technologies and digital marketing opportunities small business owners are totally confused what to do and how to use these new tools to grow their business”, Mr La Vella went on to say.
This course teaches the fundamentals of how to use social media to: expand community reach, grow revenue, and get in front of the right consumer at the right time with the right message. Also included are take-away worksheets and templates to help put these new found skills to work.
With Employers receiving 5/6 of the training fee as a grant this represents a great benefit for the business and for the staff member to make a contribution to the growth of the business. Employers must submit their application prior to the start of training.
This new course directly helps to achieve an integral component of the COJG mandate; “Ontario’s workforce is our most valuable asset. As new technologies, globalization and shifting demographics rapidly change Ontario’s economy, they alter the mix of available jobs and the skills people need to succeed in them.”
Most associations and organizations acting as an intermediary are eligible for administrative funding equal to 15% of the government contribution.
