Memo re OREA Standard Forms State of Emergency Resources

We have your back. OREA is doing everything we can to provide tools, resources, and information to assist our community at this extraordinary time. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to inform you of numerous FORMS Member State of Emergency Resources and Tools.

Last week four new OREA State of Emergency Clauses were uploaded on orea.com and circulated to our Forms Third Party Provider Licensees to process and offer to OREA Members through their software platforms.

Further, as many of you will have read in our recent Forms All Member E-Blast, we have set dates for two Forms State of Emergency Resources Member Webinars, these Webinar dates are:

Thursday April 2^nd 2020 1:00 p.m.  

Wednesday April 15^th 2020 1:00 p.m.

The first of our two Forms State of Emergency Resources Webinars will provide a high level overview of all available Forms State of Emergency Resources & Tools. The second Webinar will be more in depth specific to the new State of Emergency Standard Clauses, opening up discussion and providing answers to as many Member questions as possible.

Lastly, we highlight incorporated in our resources are Frequently Asked Question files, these will be helpful for Members to clarify many of their inquiries.
