All-in-One Platform Experience: Electronic Forms (CREA WEBForms®) & Electronic Signatures (Authentisign®)
Starting April 25, 2020, Stratus Users will experience a single access point for electronic forms (CREA WEBForms®) and electronic signatures (Authentisign®).
We know your time is valuable. That’s why TRREB collaborated with CREA and Lone Wolf to ensure all Stratus Users have a working, stable, convenient and integrated forms and electronic signatures system.
This all-in one-platform will feature CREA WEBForms® merged with additional value-added features for Stratus Users, including:
- Unlimited electronic signatures with Authentisign®;
- Listing draft upload to Stratus from MLS® Data Information Forms;
- One-click form population from Stratus listings; and
- Unlimited document storage.
This means you’ll experience a familiar electronic forms platform and have access to all the additional benefits you have already experienced as a Stratus User of Instanet®-Authentisign®.
Service Switch-over & Wording of Links
The screenshots below show the key access points for WEBForms®/Authentisign®. While the switchover of the actual service will take place on April 25, at which time you will be routed to the all-in-one platform when you click on the links, the name/wording of the links will be relabelled from the current “Instanet-Authentisign” wording/branding to “WEBForms®/Authentisign®” between April 25 and April 28.
MERGED PLATFORM WITH THE SAME ADDED BENEFITS
Stratus Users will continue to benefit from the additional features over and above the standard CREA WEBForms® that they had while using Instanet®-Authentisign®, with only some slight changes to how they are accessed as shown below:
Unlimited Electronic Signing Sessions
Unlimited electronic signing through Authentisign® can be accessed by clicking the pen icon, either in the main menu on the side of the dashboard or within an individual form.
The signing process is the same as previously followed in Instanet®-Authentisign®. Click here for more detailed instructions.
Listing Draft Upload Directly to Stratus from MLS® Data Information Forms
Stratus Users will continue to have the ability to upload a listing draft with one click from an MLS® Data Information form filled out in CREA WEBForms®. This functionality is the same as previously available in Instanet®-Authentisign®.

Auto-Population of Forms Directly from a Stratus Listing
Stratus Users will continue to have the ability to auto-populate forms, including the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, with one click from a listing in Stratus.

Unlimited Document Storage
All Stratus Users have unlimited document storage in their instance of CREA WEBForms®. To access, upload and download documents, you simply click the Documents icon in the main menu.

TRANSFER OF KITS FROM WEBFORMS® LEGACY
Many Stratus Users have already transferred their kits from WEBForms® Legacy to CREA WEBForms® or TRREB’s Instanet®-Authentisign® application. Rest assured, existing kits from both platforms will be retained in the merged platform.
In addition, for Stratus Users who still have kits in WEBForms® Legacy, you will soon have the ability to transfer the remainder of your kits to CREA WEBForms® in bulk. More news on this feature will be coming soon.
