REALTORS® are one of the most civically minded professions and have a reputation for stepping up as volunteer leaders in their communities. As we work towards reopening our economy, the local organizations and groups in our neighbourhoods we’re used to supporting will be seeking influential leaders to help them rethink their business models and adapt to the new normal. By enrolling in Leadership 200, we’re helping prepare our Members to be a strong leader and give back to their community in a post-COVID-19 world.
That’s why, as part of OREA’s We Have Your Back COVID-19 Relief Program, we are excited to announce that our popular Leadership 200 course, Becoming a Leader, is now new and improved and available online for free to all members until November 2020. This course, which normally would cost $125, is a 4-module learning plan that will take Members approximately 90 minutes in total to complete.
Who is this course for?
In a nutshell, any REALTOR® who wants to strengthen their leadership skills. Whether you are new to real estate, and part of our Young Professional Network or a more mature established REALTOR® who has been in the business for years but could benefit from some professional development, this course is for you.
