Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, OREA has worked hard to provide timely guidance to Members on how they can keep themselves and their clients safe. From urging REALTORS® to stop open houses to encouraging an end to face-to-face business, President Sean Morrison and his fellow Leaders, have stepped up and delivered when Members needed it most.
Now, as the Province enters stage one of the reopening of Ontario’s economy and many home buyers and sellers are looking to get back into the market, we know REALTORS® are looking for information on how they can continue to keep their clients safe.
That’s why OREA has put together the “Guidance on Real Estate Transactions in Phase One of Ontario’s Framework for Reopening the Province.”
OREA’s guide has been informed by information from public health, best practices from the real estate industry and guidelines produced by provincial/state REALTOR® associations from across North America.
Thank you all for your dedication and hard work in support of our Members during this COVID-19 pandemic. Please email me or a member of the OREA team with any questions or comments.
