REALTOR.ca Visits at All-Time High

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) remains committed to equipping REALTORS^® with exclusive tools and the latest industry information to help you serve your clients. As the real estate market continues to rebound, REALTOR.ca visits are at all-time high.

Here are the numbers for REALTOR.ca in July 2020 compared to the same time last year:

• 10.7 million unique visitors, up 46%;
• more than 447,000 leads, a 51% increase; and
• an 18% decrease in inventory.

Live streams and virtual tours continue to be an asset to REALTOR.ca listings. In July, we saw the following:

• 2,500 REALTORS^® registered a live stream open house since the feature launched in April;
• 1 in 4 listings featured a pre-recorded video or virtual tour; and

35% of users who viewed listings on REALTOR.ca with embedded video or virtual tours watched the tour and 6.5% of users who viewed listings with live streams participated in the live event.
