Help Show That Housing Is Important To Ontario’s Economy

Earlier this week OREA released its latest research paper entitled, Rebuilding Ontario:  A Framework for Recovery.  The report outlines 15 policy recommendations that, if implemented by the Ontario government, will allow for housing to act as the engine of the provincial economic recovery coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Some of the specific policies in the report include a temporary exemption from the provincial Land Transfer Tax, a provincial Home Renovation Tax Credit and the implementation of Opportunity Zones in Ontario.

We need your help to ensure this report is seen by as many decision-makers at Queen’s Park as possible, so could you please take a quick moment and “share” the twitter post in the link below that contains our video promoting the report?  Every share will allow the video to be seen by more decision-makers, so it is important that you take a moment to help amplify this message.

If you have not yet seen our report it is available at orea.com/COVIDrecovery
