We’ve partnered with HGTV’s Scott McGillivray to make REALTOR® listings available within his investment analysis app: Real Smart Deal. As part of this partnership, McGillivray will also be promoting the value of REALTORS® and REALTOR.ca to his audience of more than one million followers.
McGillivray is the host and executive producer of HGTV’s award-winning series Income Properties and has been inspiring and educating his fans about real estate investing, financial advice and home renovations for more than a decade.
The Real Smart Deal app combines McGillivray’s real estate investment expertise with REALTORS®’ listings across Canada to bring real value for consumers interested in evaluating properties as potential investments. REALTOR® listings can be imported and compared against key criteria provided by the app to help the user find the ideal home for their investment vision.
