REALM™ Transition Starts Next Month

It is time to experience REALM™. TRREB Members and Partner Board Users will start with initial access to REALM™ over the next month. This new MLS® System features integrated land registry, improved analytics, client collaboration, in-depth searches, activity notifications, suggestions, favourites, messaging, training and more. REALM™ is mobile-first, client-centric and solidifies your position as a market expert with any buyer or seller.

What’s Coming?

The groundbreaking platform will be here before you know it, first with a transition from Collaborate to REALM™ and later from Stratus. And we will be here for you every step of the way. We’ll keep you informed with key dates and deadlines before you make the switch to REALM™. Plus, we will fully support you through the REALM™ Assistant (an in-app training assistant), a robust virtual training plan, including webinars, training videos, tips and tricks documents and drop-in sessions.

During the first six months of the trial period, existing Collaborate Users (active Users since July 1, 2021) will be able to switch back and forth between REALM™ and Collaborate until they are comfortable migrating to the new platform, but there are limitations. We will walk you through those limitations, so you’re ready well before the launch. But after June 1, 2022, you will no longer have access to Collaborate.

If you have not used Collaborate before, you can start taking advantage of REALM™ over the next month. Eventually, REALM™ will replace Stratus, but closer to the end of 2022.

Matrix Users, stay tuned for when you’ll have access to REALM™ on a trial basis. In the meantime, we’ll provide you with demos to see first-hand the benefits of the new MLS® System.
