In addition to these virtual courses, REALM™ has an Onboarding checklist for new users that actually takes them through each step that they need to complete to reach a particular goal.
There are “WalkThroughs” that guide Members with what do to based on their needs at that moment. They literally point to where a Member needs to click and what they need to do at each stage of the process.
And of course, there is also Help Documentation.
At first, we are trying to transition Collaborate users into REALM™ because Collab will be the first interface to be discontinued, as you’ve seen from the news release. As more features are added to it, REALM™ will become the replacement for Stratus (for example, Add/Edit won’t be in REALM™ in the initial release but will be added as we progress).
