Research on REALTOR® Professionalism

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) has partnered with Saint Mary’s University to conduct research on professionalism among REALTORS^® in Canada.

The aim is to develop a professionalism framework to promote and strengthen a culture of professionalism among REALTORS^®.

During this research, CREA will be contacting your members to recruit participants to complete a survey, interviews and participate in focus groups. The research will be managed by Dr. Mark Fleming and his research team at Saint Mary’s University. Participation is voluntary.

Participants will be asked to share their unique perspectives on professionalism in the industry and contribute to improving the perception of REALTORS^® in Canada as professionals. Their feedback will inform future educational and development opportunities provided by CREA.
