Reminder – Have Your Say!
Based on feedback from last year, Tarion is looking for additional input on proposed changes to improve the warranty process, as well as increasing the coverage under the new home warranty.
The proposed changes include:
- improvements to the Customer Service Standard (CSS), based on feedback from this past spring, that will improve homeowners’ ability to seek assistance from Tarion;
- a proposal to increase the compensation limit for homes that do not benefit from additional Common Element protections.
