We are always there for our Members and our new live chat is another way we are providing them with a hassle-free and instantaneous experience.
This new feature is a quick and easy way to contact TRREB’s Help Desk for Member support. Plus, it’s simple to use and offers solutions for Stratus, Matrix, and REALM tech problems.
The live chat is launching on Wednesday, May 25. TRREB and Partner Board Members can have a real-time online conversation with a real person from our Help Desk team Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
How Can Members Use the Live Chat?
After the launch, Members can get in touch with the Help Desk by:
- Selecting the Help Desk icon directly on the TRREB Home Page,
- Opening a live chat session,
- Typing in their name, email address and choosing a topic from the drop-down menu, then
- Asking a question.
The new live chat feature is in addition to our traditional support systems – telephone and email.
