Watch Now: How to Migrate Your Data from Collaborate to REALM™

Use REALM™’s built-in assistant to easily migrate your contacts, documents and saved searches from Collaborate.

• Your first step is to visit the “Show me how” tab to explore the onboarding tutorials, walk-throughs and other helpful resources on the features and functions of REALM™. On your desktop, it’s accessible on the right side of your screen.

• Click on “Onboarding” and scroll to the bottom. A step-by-step guided migration from Collaborate to REALM™ will start.

Start your switch to REALM™ now. After September 2022, you will no longer be able to use Collaborate.

Three Quick Tips

1. The credentials your clients used in Collaborate are the same in REALM™.
2. When you upgrade to REALM™, your clients in Collaborate are notified.
3. Once your migration from Collaborate to REALM™ is done, all your clients need to do is check their inbox for the confirmation email and follow the steps to log in to REALM™.
