REALM™ helps you get more done with all the property data you need in one place. Get started and move your data to REALM™ before September 27. As of this date, you will no longer be able to use or access Collaborate.
Here’s how to start your switch:
Easily use REALM™’s built-in assistant to migrate your contacts, documents and saved searches from Collaborate. You can also watch this quick video to learn how.
Or, follow this step-by-step guide:
- Visit the “Show me how” tab to explore the onboarding tutorials, walk-throughs and other helpful resources on the features and functions of REALM™. On your desktop, it’s accessible on the right side of your screen.
- Click “Onboarding” and scroll to the bottom. A step-by-step guided migration from Collaborate to REALM™ will start.
Three Things to Know
- The credentials your clients used in Collaborate are the same in REALM™.
- When you upgrade to REALM™, your clients in Collaborate are notified.
- Once your migration from Collaborate to REALM™ is done, all your clients need to do is check their inbox for the confirmation email and follow the steps to log in to REALM™.
