Are you or your members looking to gain new skills and prepare for future growth in the real estate industry?
The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is offering an array of courses this fall to help board or association leadership and REALTORS® achieve elite designations, including courses for the Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, and National Leadership Program (NLP).
Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) Designation
The CRB designation is designed to elevate professional standards, enhance individual and office performance, and equip real estate professionals with the essential knowledge they need to practice brokerage management.
We’re offering five different CRB courses, hosted virtually through CREA’s Learning Hub. Each course takes seven hours to complete and is spread across two days.
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation
The CIPS designation provides REALTORS® the education, resources, and network they need to help their clients invest in real estate abroad.
CIPS courses take six hours to complete and can be completed virtually or in person. When your members register for two or more courses, they’ll receive up to 20% off.
National Leadership Program (NLP)
NLP turnkey courses help leaders improve their decision-making, give them a better understanding of their role in advancing the strategic plan, help advance their communication skills and improve confidence.
These courses are offered in a virtual or in-person format, varying in length from one to three hours. The courses can be offered as a standalone professional development opportunity, as a pre-course to an upcoming industry event, or through collaborating with a neighbouring board/association. Our turnkey solution allows you flexibility to control when and how you take the courses.
