
Use and access of Collaborate is ending today, Tuesday, September 27 and will be replaced by REALM™. Migration will start at 5:00 p.m. and will take several hours.
After Tuesday, September 27, you will still be able to use Stratus, while also having full access to the features and functions in REALM™.
Please note this migration does not impact access to Stratus.

Use REALM™’s built-in assistant to migrate your contacts, documents and saved searches from Collaborate. You can also watch this quick video to learn how.

- Visit the “Show me how” tab to explore the onboarding tutorials, walk-throughs and other helpful resources on the features and functions of REALM™. On your desktop, it’s accessible on the right side of your screen.
- Click “Onboarding” and scroll to the bottom. A step-by-step guided migration from Collaborate to REALM™ will start.
How Will This Impact My Clients in Collaborate?
We’ve made it simple for you. Switching from Collaborate to REALM™ is an automatic process that avoids any disruption between you and your clients.
Your active clients are notified of your upgrade to REALM™. The credentials your clients used in Collaborate are the same in REALM™. Once your migration is done, you will receive a notification confirming that your data migration was successfully completed and your clients were notified of the transition. Then, all your clients need to do is check their inbox for the confirmation email and follow the steps to log in to REALM™.
