Changes to Prospect and Listing Send Email Address

Stratus is moving to a new email service and that means your “Prospect” or “Listing Send” emails will come from a new email address. The move will start in November and take approximately a few weeks to complete.

Here’s what you need to know:

During this transition period, you and your clients may receive emails from noreply@em.realmmlp.ca or listings@trebnet.com.

Once the transition is over, you and your clients will only receive Prospect or Listing Send emails from noreply@em.realmmlp.ca. This new email service also allows your clients to unsubscribe and resubscribe to Prospect or Listing Send emails.

To avoid any disruptions:

1. Add noreply@em.realmmlp.ca to your safe senders list and also advise your clients to do the same, so your emails don’t land in spam or junk folder.  
2. Remember to check your spam or junk folder to see if you have an email from noreply@em.realmmlp.ca.
